BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to all workshops, retreats, classes, and sessions offered by WithAnouk.


1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed once:

  • payment is processed (if applicable), and
  • you receive a confirmation email

2. Payments

Payments must be made through the approved payment platform or invoicing system.


3. Cancellations & Refunds

Unless a specific event page states otherwise:

Participant Cancellations

  • cancellations within 7 days  of an event are non-refundable
  • earlier cancellations may be refunded or partially refunded at our discretion

WithAnouk Cancellations

If we cancel an event, you will receive a full refund.


4. Transfers

You may request to transfer your booking to:

  • another participant, or
  • another event

Requests must be made at least 48 hours before the event and are subject to availability.


5. Participation & Conduct

Participants agree to:

  • follow event guidelines
  • act respectfully toward facilitators and others
  • take responsibility for their own wellbeing

We reserve the right to remove participants if necessary for safety or group integrity.


6. Liability

Participation is voluntary. You acknowledge that:

  • mindfulness or reflective practices may bring up emotions
  • you are responsible for your own mental and physical wellbeing
  • WithAnouk is not liable for injuries, emotional responses, or losses except where required by law
