A space to pause

Guided meditations with Anouk and guest teachers.

I create these meditations in response to what we’re living through in Israel and the emotions these times bring: fear, grief and uncertainty, but also the need for rest, connection and hope.

Through guided meditation, poetry and visualization, I offer space to breathe, find some relief and reconnect with ourselves and what matters.

Alongside practices from guest teachers, these recordings draw on mindfulness, contemplative traditions and the particular moment we’re living through. You’re welcome here whatever your background, and no meditation experience is needed.

As Israel approaches another election, it’s easy to find ourselves living a little too far into the future. Following the news, imagining different outcomes, worrying about what might come next.

As Rosh Hashanah approaches, meditation teacher Sandhya Bar Kama guides us through a short practice of metta, the Buddhist practice of loving-kindness.
A short guided meditation for moments when part of you is still on alert.
A gentle meditation for finding steadiness when the world feels uncertain.
A short grounding meditation for uncertain times. Guest teacher: Lama Tilmann Lhundrup.
